Our far from purrfect story

It all began with a worried pet parent, a sick puppy named Marley who refused to eat anything but socks, and a frantic late-night Google search.

Our founders realized something had to change—pet care shouldn't wait until morning.

From that moment, a mission was born—to make expert care just a click away. What started as one small idea has grown into a community built on trust, compassion, and countless tail wags (and a few chewed-up slippers).
